1. Where is Nivantra.com located?
We are based in Surat, Gujrat, India.

2. What categories of products do you sell online?
Nivantra.com specializes in women's fashion, including Gown , Lehenga Choli , Salwar Suit , Sharara and more.

3. How do I determine my size?
Check the standard size chart on each product page, which provides measurements in inches (in).

4. Do you offer XL sizes?
Yes, our collection ranges from S to 3XL, celebrating women of all shapes and sizes.

ORDER PLACEMENT

5. How do I place an order on your website?
Select the product, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button and enter payment and delivery details.

6. What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped from our Surat warehouse. You’ll get a tracking ID to monitor your order's delivery.

PAYMENT

7. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, COD.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

8. What are the shipping charges?
Domestic shipping is included in the MRP. For international orders, charges are based on weight.

9. Can I request urgent delivery?
Yes, express shipping is available for an additional INR 300. (Currently unavailable)

10. What is the delivery time?
Standard shipping takes 15-20 working days. Express shipping (currently unavailable) takes 2 working days.

11. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order ships to a single address. Place separate orders for different addresses.

12. Are shipping charges refundable?
No, shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchanges or cancellations.

13. Why am I being charged tax?
Taxes (GST) are applied to all orders as per government regulations. All products are inclusive of tax.

14. What if I’m not available for delivery?
Our delivery service providers will attempt delivery three times before returning the product to our warehouse.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS

15. Do you accept returns?
Currently, we do not accept returns except for damaged or incorrect products.

16. What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 24 hours for a replacement. Email info.nivantra@gmail.com with details.

17. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Emailinfo.nivantra@gmail.com with your order number.

18. Can I cancel an order after shipping?
Cancellation after shipping is difficult. Please inform us as early as possible.
