Refund Policy  
We do not offer refunds. However, we do provide an exchange option for specific cases as outlined below.

Exchange Policy  
Customers may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Size Issue : If the product does not fit, customers must email info.nivantra@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Product: If the received product is defective or damaged, customers must send a video proof to info.nivantra@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Process 
1. Upon approval of the exchange request, customers must ship the product to our marketing office at:

2. Customers must email us the shipment receipt as proof.
3. Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the exchanged item.

Important Points to Note  
- We only accept exchanges for size issues and defective products. No other reasons will be considered.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for eligibility.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
