Shipping Charges:
- Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD).
Shipping Timelines:
- Since our garments are crafted with care, please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch.
- During peak seasons, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may take an additional 5-7 days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or call.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
- To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- If the parcel is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, do not accept the delivery. Instead, record a video, take photos, and report the issue to us immediately via email with your order details. This will help us resolve the issue with the shipping provider.
Order Process:
- Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system.
- After a thorough quality check, the items are securely packed and handed over to our courier partners.
- You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. This number can be used to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
Prepaid & COD Orders:
- Prepaid and COD orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

In such cases, we are committed to refunding the full order amount. However, Nivantra shall not be held legally responsible for shipment delays.
