Shipping Charges:

  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD).

Shipping Timelines:

  • Since our garments are crafted with care, please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch.
  • During peak seasons, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may take an additional 5-7 days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or call.


Receiving Order Guidelines:

  • To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please follow these steps:
  • Record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • If the parcel is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, do not accept the delivery. Instead, record a video, take photos, and report the issue to us immediately via email with your order details. This will help us resolve the issue with the shipping provider.


Order Process:

  1.  Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system.
  2.  After a thorough quality check, the items are securely packed and handed over to our courier partners.
  3. You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. This number can be used to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

 

Prepaid & COD Orders:

  • Prepaid and COD orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at info.nivantra@gmail.com or Meassage Our Whatsapp Number (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Note: Items marked as "Sale" are considered non-returnable as per our policy.

In such cases, we are committed to refunding the full order amount. However, Nivantra shall not be held legally responsible for shipment delays.
